Delete your Mosaic Association Events account

Mosaic Association Events LLC operates Mosaic, a membership service for professional association events. You can permanently delete your Mosaic member account and your personal member data at any time, from this page or from Profile inside the app. You do not need the mobile app to delete your account, and you do not need to contact support.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. For your security, we can only delete the account you are signed in to — we never accept an email address or account number as proof of ownership.

How to delete your account

1. Sign in to your Mosaic account.
2. Open Profile, then Account & Membership.
3. Choose Delete account and type DELETE to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your profile, photo and saved preferences
• Your Interested, Registered and Attended event records
• Your private event ratings
• Your Relationship Tracker people, notes and history
• Your Professional Development records
• The associations you follow and your notifications
• Your sign-in identity

If you have a paid membership, deleting your account also cancels future renewal. Deleting an account does not automatically create a refund. Public association and event listings are not affected. Payment records that our payment provider must keep by law remain with them, and your Mosaic billing link is removed.
