Mosaic Ambassador Program Terms

Participation is by Mosaic's approval only. A Mosaic administrator assigns each Ambassador a unique code. An Ambassador's status may be active, paused or ended, and Mosaic may change it at any time. Being an Ambassador never grants or changes your Plus, Pro or Organization access, and it does not affect your own subscription or price.

Ambassadors are independent program participants. You are not a Mosaic employee, agent, legal representative, partner or joint venturer, and you cannot bind Mosaic or make promises, offers, guarantees or commitments on Mosaic's behalf.

• Make only truthful, accurate statements about Mosaic, its features, plans and prices.
• Whenever you recommend or promote Mosaic, clearly disclose that you may receive a referral reward — for example, "I may receive a reward if you join Mosaic with my code."
• Do not use spam, misleading claims, impersonation, paid search on Mosaic's name, or any unlawful method.

An Ambassador code identifies which Ambassador referred a new member. It does not give the new member a discount and is not a promo code. A new member may enter an Ambassador code and, separately, any valid promo code.

• A referral is possible only for a genuinely new member: someone who has never completed a paid Mosaic purchase, who enters your code during their original sign-up or initial checkout. Existing free members cannot add a code later to claim a referral.
• You cannot refer yourself. An attribution belongs to the new member and cannot be transferred by them.
• A Mosaic administrator may assign a referral manually through the 5th calendar day (Eastern Time) of the month after the member signed up. Members who signed up October 1–4, 2026 may be assigned after the program begins on October 5, 2026. Corrections require a recorded reason.
• A free trial or promo code may keep the attribution in place, but nothing is earned until the member's first successful live paid purchase.
• Test, complimentary, internal (administrator, owner or employee), $0 and other ineligible accounts or purchases never earn a reward. Renewals never create an additional referral.

When a referred member completes their first successful live payment, one Pending referral is recorded in the Eastern Time calendar month of that payment. Mosaic reviews it and marks it Qualified or Disqualified. Failed, abandoned, refunded or reversed payments and chargebacks do not qualify; a refund or chargeback received before a month is finalized disqualifies the referral. A member cancelling later does not remove a reward that already qualified.

Rewards are calculated per Eastern Time calendar month (America/New_York). Your level for a month depends on the number of Qualified referrals in that month: 1–5 is Level 1, 6–10 is Level 2 and 11 or more is Level 3. The level reached applies to every Qualified Plus and Pro referral in that month. Organization referrals count toward your level and always earn $65. There is no monthly cap.

Amounts shown during a month are estimates until that month is finalized.

After a month ends, Mosaic reviews and finalizes it. A finalized month's reward is fixed by its finalized record. Refunds or chargebacks received after finalization are recorded for review but do not change that finalized record.

Rewards are delivered manually by Mosaic as Amazon gift cards. Mosaic records whether a gift card was sent, with the date and amount, but never stores gift-card numbers or codes. Mosaic administers this program; Amazon is not a sponsor and does not administer, endorse or support it.

Amazon gift card rewards are issued only after an Ambassador has accumulated at least $25.00 in finalized, unpaid rewards. Smaller finalized balances carry forward until the minimum is reached. Pausing participation does not remove an earned balance. If participation ends before the minimum is reached, Mosaic may issue the remaining finalized balance as a final payout. Gift cards are issued manually, are not cash, and are subject to the issuer's terms. Amazon is not a sponsor of or affiliated with the Mosaic Ambassador Program.

Mosaic may correct duplicates, fraud, attribution errors and calculation errors, may disqualify referrals obtained in violation of these Ambassador Terms, and may ask for supporting information before marking a referral Qualified or delivering a reward.

Rewards are compensation and may be taxable. You are responsible for your own tax obligations. Mosaic may request tax information, including a Form W-9, before delivering rewards and may issue any tax reporting required by law.

A paused or ended code no longer accepts new members. Members who entered your code while it was active keep that attribution, and their first eligible payment can still create a Pending referral. Your referrals, rewards, gift-card delivery status and history remain on record, and you can still see them in your Profile.

Mosaic may update these Ambassador Terms. We will show the new version in your Ambassador Profile section, and your code will accept new members again once you accept it. Finalized rewards remain governed by the applicable finalized record. Mosaic may end the program with notice; earned rewards from finalized months will still be delivered.
